Cashmere is a platform that helps users discover, connect with, and interact with accredited and certified physicians, professionals, care providers, and centers across the country in which the client or patient wishes to receive care. Information displayed on the platform may include profiles, descriptions, ratings, reviews, availability details, and other related content provided either by the physicians and care providers themselves or by users.

Cashmere does not guarantee availability, appointments, outcomes, or uninterrupted access to any listed service.

User Accounts

Certain features may require registration and the creation of a personal account. Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

Cashmere reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Verification of Physicians & Care Providers

Cashmere undertakes a thorough review process, to the best of its knowledge and operational capacity, to verify the credentials, accreditations, certifications, and professional background of physicians and care providers before they are listed on the platform.

However, Cashmere cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or authenticity of all information submitted by third parties and shall not be held responsible for any false, misleading, forged, incomplete, or deceptive information that could not reasonably be identified during the review process.

Cashmere reserves the right to reassess, suspend, or remove any listing if patient or client complaints, feedback, reports, or additional information raise concerns regarding the accuracy, legitimacy, ethics, qualifications, or conduct of a listed physician or care provider.

Reviews & User Content

Users may post reviews, ratings, comments, or other content. These opinions reflect individual user experiences and do not represent endorsements or guarantees by Cashmere.

Cashmere reserves the right to remove inappropriate, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.

Privacy & Data Protection

Cashmere values user privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect account security and personal information. By using the platform, users consent to the collection and use of information necessary to operate and improve the services.

Users remain owners of their personal data and may request account or data removal in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Memberships & Payments

Cashmere may offer optional memberships providing exclusive perks, benefits, offers, priority access, or premium features.

All membership payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

Any additional payment services introduced in the future may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Acceptable Use

Cashmere acts solely as a platform facilitating discovery and connections between users and listed physicians and care providers. Cashmere is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, safety, availability, or outcomes of services provided by physicians, care providers, clinics, centers, or other third parties.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally permitted under applicable local laws, to register and use the platform.
